Shipping & Returns


Gold Fever Luxury Hair only uses express, tracked shipping via FedEx (TNT). Allowing for all of our orders to take a maximum of 4 days to arrive at your salon. If your order is placed after 11 am, please add another day to your waiting time as all orders are picked up by the courier before this time. 

Please note, our courier service does NOT deliver to P.O Boxes.

We offer a flat-rate cost for shipping, this covers express costs, as well as making sure each order has extra cover and protection.

Return & Exchange Policy

Gold Fever Luxury Hair does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect colour/length choice or any other reason of this sort.

If by rare chance, yourself or your client is not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us on 0416 077 436. If we accept your reasoning and it is within the 21 days warranty (please see our Terms & Conditions), we will replace the purchased product free of charge. In this case, we expect the salon/stylist to return the hair to us for evaluation.
