SHIPPING POLICY

Gold Fever Luxury Hair uses express, tracked shipping via FedEx (TNT). Allowing for all of our orders to take a maximum of 4 days to arrive at your door. If your order is placed after 11 am, please add another business day to your waiting time, as all orders are picked up by the courier before this time.

 

Gold Fever Luxury Hair also uses standard domestic and international shipping, which takes anywhere from 5 to 15 business days to arrive at the destination.

Please note, neither service does NOT deliver to P.O Boxes.

We offer a flat-rate cost for shipping, this covers express costs, as well as making sure each order has extra cover and protection.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Gold Fever Luxury Hair does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect colour/length choice or any other reason of this sort.

If by rare chance, yourself or your client is not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us directly on 0416 077 436 or info@goldfeveraustralia.com. If we accept your reasoning and it is within the 21 days warranty (please see our Terms & Conditions), we will generate a credit for you to either replace the product, or purchase something else on our website. In the case of an exchange, we expect the purchased product to be returned to us for evaluation.
